Comment on Mrs Jw Jones Memorial Chapel - Kansas City, KS written by: Mary J. Johnson 3 stars 2013-06-25 13:37:53 I was very satisfied with the way the staff at this facility prepared my relative's remains for the "Crossing Over Celebration". I encountered one major problem while working with the staff: There was a miscommunication between the primary care physician and their staff. It took more than five and a half weeks to get the Death Certificate. When I took it upon my own to contact the PCP regarding signing the certificate, he told me the exact date that he signed the certificate and nobody from Jones' Memorial Chapel had picked the certificate up. The staff at the memorial chapel had been telling me during the period of time prior, that they had not been able to contact the PCP to sign the certificate.
