Comment on Moore'S Southlawn Chapel - Tulsa, OK written by: Lm H. 04/16/2010 2:44PM We had my mother's service at the Southlawn Chapel and never have my family & I been treated so horribly! My mother died suddenly and as is usually the case, were totally unprepared. We were on a strict budget and asked for her to be cremated, as this had been her wish. It seemed like after they realized we didn't want (nor could we afford) an elaborate service, they started treating us poorly. The minister w/Moore's got her NAME wrong during the service and botched the entire eulogy, even playing the WRONG songs from the CD we had selected! The final straw was when I stood at my mother's casket saying goodbye after the service and one of the employees standing nearby, kept looking at his watch, sighing, looking at me, like "OK, time to wrap this up". This went on until I gave him a piece of my mind. Of all the times to be insensitive & rude! We've told friends and family for years NOT to use Moore's. They're in it for the $ and don't give a damn about you or your loved one!
