To my family just want you to know that I feel your hurt and pain and to know that our be loved Sam is at home and resting now. No more pain and suffering. Yes we loved him and will miss him dearly but remember that God loved him more.
I look at this way: God needed an experience truck driver and YES he chose the best.

Be strong and of good courage; be not afraid, neither be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
