Good=Low cost, personable, empathetic staff. Package offered. Bad=Small facility for 50 - 75 guests. Owners are nice, but can't run a business. Poor follow through, bad sound system, lack of staff. Driver did not take family in limo, no flags on cars, hearse left before cars in line. Drove fast. Owner irresponsible. I gave an electronic copy for program which he messed up and didn't do the way I asked. He printed it out on 8 X 11' pages, Release forms to cremate were late in submission. Everything was last minute. Mr. Gamble does embalming, typesetting and has a wonderful painting of himself displayed plainly "sans" wife who does more than 1/2 of the business. While picking up items from funeral afterward, I witnessed folks show up for a funeral scheduled and no staff was present to perform. Other people waiting but no one to "do business". DVD had to be redone. Even at cemetery, staff didn't seem to know what to do. Not a good example of African American Business.
