I have been to quite a few wakes at your funeral place, and I am so disappointed of the treatment you guys treat your visitors, you have no patients to treat the visitors that are paying respect to the decease. I know you have the cheapest packages around the Aurora area, but that does not give you the wright to be rude and unprofessional. I would never have a love one at James, you are so unprofessional and rude,and who ever does your makeup on the decease are horrible. Again it saddens me that you get what you pay for, rudeness an a unprofessional staff. I would never recommend you to anybody.
Sorry! that I had to be so blunt but you guys should be getting better not worst. Maybe you should have some staff from Deleidens or Healy come over and give you guys some pointers, or maybe you guy should visit them so you can learn from the pros. You need another rating (very poor)

Maybe you should know how to spell and write a message that makes sense, because it is obvious that you haven't been to the James Funeral Home that I have. Have you thought that it's you that is not acting right not wright like you wrote, you probably need to go to some classes on English and Attitude !!!!!!!!!!
