Comment on A R Leak Funeral Home - Chicago, IL written by: Delores W. 06/29/2011 7:28PM I was very disappointed in the funeral services that you provided for my brother. The services for Friday 1/7 and 1/8 were both very insenstive to my family and disrespectful to my deceased beloved brother. The woman who was coordinating this was cold, harsh, militaristic, and confusing. There was no privacy at the visitation, 4 people in one room with no dividers and overlapping of voices and grief. The funeral was rushed and disorganized, the instruction were cold and unsympathic, the coordinator had no social skills or professionalism. She was harsh and condescending. But also there is not enough PARKING SPACE the neighborhood is congested and dangerous and not conducive to allowing proper attendance and an unrushed service. Again I am disappointed and outraged at the way we were forced to say goodbye to our beloved brother. I will not recommend or use your services again until these things are rectified.
