I worked with Jane for many years at NationsBank and we became good friends. I moved back to Tampa in 1998 and although we lost touch, I thought of her often. Now, almost 4 years after the fact, I just found out about her death and words cannot begin to describe how saddened I am by this news. Jane was such a wonderful, giving, selfless person and she was always ready to have fun. She told me many times that you only live once and the point was to enjoy it. She talked about how her Dad died young and she learned to live for the moment from that. Assuming that Jane had not changed, I can say that although she died way too soon, she lived her life to the fullest, enjoying herself along the way. Reading her obituary, all I could think was that the world was a better place because Jane was in it. I am sure that Jane will always be remembered...especially by me.

I remember Jane as Sara's little sister. Sara and I were best friends during our grade school and high school adventures. I spent alot of time at Sara's house and got to know Jane as best as I could with an eight year difference in our ages. I liked her alot. After graduation, Sara and I were out of touch, way too much, and I lost track of what Jane was doing. Reading her obituary, I was blown away by what a talented, intelligent, caring, and successful woman she had become. I'm proud of you, Jane!
