Halligan-Mc Cabe Funeral Home - Davenport, IA Bob Marshall Obituary announcement - Posted by Evelyn Leigh 2013-05-08 09:19:49 I am so sorry to hear about Bob and it is still hard to believe. He was such an up-beat person, always teasing and always had a smile on his face. Enjoyed the time with both of you when you were in Texas. He and David were such good friends and know David will really miss him. Hope you both enjoyed the fish out of my pond when he and David went ice fishing this winter!! I think he enjoyed going ice fishing. I'm sorry that I am unable to come to the visitation or funeral as have 2 doctor apts. but my thoughts and prayers will be with the whole family.
