My mother, Velera Smith, passed away on March 11, 2011, and the care that was shown her and my family was wonderful, especially that shown by Doug Chartier. He was very attentive and caring. We have known Doug since his childhood in our hometown of Miltonvale and he has grown into a very fine young man. We are so glad that he was the person to lead us through the funeral experience.
