Dear Mr. Roche: Please respond to my letter of 9/20/11 (and phone call to your office the week before that) requesting information as to how I may obtain a "Certified Copy" of the death certificate for my aunt, Loretta Lahert, who passed away on 5/20/10 at the age of 92. I also need a regular copy of the death certificate of her husband, my uncle, Thomas F. Lahert, who passed away approximately 20 years ago. Final arrangements for both of them were handled at your Funderal Home so this information should be part of your records. Please let me know the cost of obtaining these documents from you.
