The purpose of this email is to establish Pre-planning funeral arrangements for my brother John Manning, who is currently residing at the Lighthouse Inc. at 1655 East Caro, MI P.O. Box 289, Caro, MI 48723. It has been many years since I have heard from my brother John. Thanks for the Lighthouse Inc. I now have good communication with him. My brother is going to be a long term residence at the Lighthouse Inc. John has requested my assistance on setting up a funeral trust on his behalf.

John said he wanted to make a $1,000.00 deposit and make monthly payments until the purchases of service is paid in full. Since, John has a Michigan State represented who is responsible for his financial needs; she has agreed to give John his request to establish Pre-planning funeral arrangements. I will be the main person in charge of John’s affairs with this request. Once the draft of the Pre-planning funeral paperwork has been prepared, could you send it to me for review?

I will assure John is informed and his paperwork sent to him for review. Once John agrees to the terms and signs the contract agreement, I then will contact his Michigan State represented who is responsible for his financial needs to transfer the funds to your organization.
Johns requested to be cremated with in a Classic Cremation Urn. He wants to be buried in the same lot where is brother is placed.

I realize this lot only holds up to eight people and I do believe this plot is already full. The following family members who are presently in this cemetery lot are: Joann Smith, Marshall Smith, Velda Smith, James Smith, Rocky Manning and my mother Carol Manning. Any assistance on assisting my brother request would be greatly appreciated.

The headstone my brother requested is same type of headstone as his mother had, who is Carol Manning. Carol headstone was a Mottled Rose Granite. My mother purchased hers from Monumental Sales & Manufacturing Co Inc. Number 7422.
