Wanted to let you know how disappointed I was to hear about Jeff's unprofessional comments made tonight at a social gathering about my family, in regards to my Mother's recent funeral. I wish you would have contacted me directly if you felt that I or any of my family members were out of line. I find it not only unprofessional, but disrespectful that you would discuss any circumstances regarding my Mother's funeral to anyone other than her immediately family. I have always had nothing but the utmost regard for the both of you and the services that you provide. I am shattered to hear that you would take something so personal and confidential to my family and speak of it so hypocritically to others.
