Comment on Fountain Mortuary Svc - Columbia, MO written by: Tim B. 04/09/2012 4:56PM I was trying to make arrangements with this home to prepay for a future ceremony but when I had entered, there were apparently two other families trying to do something already.

I would have waited were it not for the fact that I was completely ignored when I had asked for help from even the employees that seemed not to be preoccupied with anything. There wouldn't have been an issue if they had just acknowledged me and asked me to wait but I was almost shooed off by them when I approached! It wasn't very professional or even remotely friendly enough to be treating a customer.

I'm leaving this review to let the people there know that they had lost my business because of that and I do hope they change the way they treat customers so that this doesn't happen again.
