One for myself, one for my significant other, Juan (Jack) M. Najar, and one for my brother Milbert Gaylord Hawthorne and one for his wife, Beverly E. Hawthorne.

Well, Jack just passed away and I can not locate my paper work. Is there a way you could fax me as soon as possible a copy of both mine and Jack's. My fax number is 408-248-8640. I need this as his son is wanting to make arrangements and I need proof that we have paid plots in Wyuka Cemetary for them. This is really urgent.
