I still remember her from way back in the 1960's when she worked at the lunchroom at Hoffman School. I was a student worker in the "library" which was also where everybody ate so I was able to interact with her. Her warm smile and sweet personality made her a joy to talk with. I think I shocked her when I invited her to our high school graduation but I wanted to let her know how much I thought of her and didn't know how else to let her know that I wanted her included in that day because her interactions with us had a profound effect on how we viewed the changing world of the 1960's. Please know that I have thought of her many times over the years and remembered her with respect and love.
