Blessed be the God , even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.

God has not promised
Skies always blue,
Flower-strewn pathway
All our lives thru;
God has not promised
Sun without rain
Joy without sorrow
Peace without pain.

But God has promised
Strength for the day,
Rest for the laborer,
Light for the way.
Grace for the trials,
Help from above,
Unfailing sympathy
Undying love.

In times like these we need a Savior; in times like these we need an anchor. Be very sure your anchor holds and grips that solid rock and that rock is Jesus.
