I lived closeby in Pleasant Grove and adored his mother, my Aunt Laura. When I was a little girl he gave me my first perfume, "Evening In Paris". I fondly remember him driving the Coca Cola truck all over Shelbyville. May Adeline know that he will be remembered always.

Howell Funeral Home - Shelbyville, TN Denny Franklin Adams Obituary announcement - Posted by Lucy McLean 2016-11-29 14:53:05 I am saddened by the passing of my cousin, Denny Franklin. As a little girl we lived closeby in Pleasant Grove. He gave me my first perfume, "Evening in Paris". I remember seeing him driving the Coca Cola truck all over Shelbyville. His family started in Bedford and Marshall counties right after the Revolutionary War. For many years Denny Franklin was also a farmer besides his father, Ernie. He was devoted to his mother, my Aunt Laura. He was always kind to his cousins and kin. As last I talked to him, he reminded me that he was the last of our family to live in Bedford County.
