This is not a rating but a communication. My mother Maria Victoria Martinez born 4/26/1926 made funeral arrangements with your company and she died on 11/16/2011 and we, her children had decided a long time ago that she would be buried in Fresno, California. We made arrangements with TinklerFuneralChapel and her services have been paid for. Her funeral is Monday 11/21/11.
We are contacting you because we want to cancel her plan with you and either transfer it to Tinkler or pay us the amount she paid you minus any service charge if there is one. Because we are using my dad's plot for her, and they will be buried together, there was an added cost, so we would like for you to refund us her money. We will try to call you tomorrow as well as call the Guadalupe Cemetary to see if they will refund the amount she paid them. We have receipts and signed forms from her and he daughter Josefina Martinez is her representative payee and responsible person for her finances. My aunt Agustina R.Padilla is my mom's half sister in San Antonio, and she seemed to think that we would need a lawyer to get restitution but we think we will ask for her funds to complete arrangments over here. Sincerely, Olga M.Martinez 559-430-9554

Good day, I am writing to get info on your services. I would like to plan ahead for my mothers funeral. I hope this doesn't sound bad, but I just want to make sure I take care of the financial burden that most families faces during the loss of a loved one. I am interested in cremation. Can you send me info on what you provide, costs, and other details. I'm currently in Iraq and would like to start a monthly payment plan if it's possible at all. Thank you for the help.
