This funeral home leaves so much to be desired. It's odor of old and must hit when you walk through the doors. It was the first sign to turn back. The lack of compassion to the grieving while making the final arrangements was not appreciated. I have had more compassionate encounters with used car salesmen. They got the first name of the deseased wrong in the Herald obituary. Not a wrong spelling or even an alternate version of his name as his was one that could be shortened, a completely, never documented nor seen name was used. It is testamony to how impersonal and disrespectful the experience was. The reason they are still in business...they are the only show in town. People, such as ourselves, do not like to 'shop' for funeral homes in times of grief. So hopefully this will be of use to someone to please do not use this facility. Go to Everett to find a funeral home to assist you. It's worth the drive.
