I was very impressed with him and I could see why my husband wanted to go to Basagic Funeral Homes in Petersburg, WV. I have the utmost respect for Neil. I felt through his professionalism, knowledge, kindness, patience, and mannerism that my husband would be in good hands. Neil is also considerate compassionate and will go out of his way to accomodate you during your grieving process. I also had the opportunity to meet David Basagic and I can see why David and Neil chose this profession They both have qualities that are hard to find in people today. Neil and David and the staff of Basagic Funeral Homes truly care about you and your loved one. They walk you through every aspect of the funeral planning process to make sure that it fits you and your unique loved one. I highly recommend Basagic Funeral Homes in Petersbug and Franklin WV. Neil, David and the staff take you in under their wing sort of speak and make you feel like part of the family. It may have been the saddest night of my life but now I feel that it was also the best night/day of my life to have such compassionate caring and understanding people brought into my life forever. I will always be indebted to Neil and David and the staff at Basagic Funeral Homes.
