Good Shepherd Mortuary - South Charleston, WV Joyce Maxine Vaughn Obituary announcement - Posted by Fay Pearson 2015-10-26 09:37:53 On Oct 19th 2015 earth lost and heaven gained a sweet angle Joyce Maxine Vaughn. In my life there has been very few people who has really made a impression on my life and Maxine was one of them. I met Maxine about 13 or 14 years ago. From that day on her family became part of my family. Maxine always treated me like I was more then her care giver. She treated me like family. She often told me how much I meant to her and I felt the same about her and her sister Violet. Over the years we shared many memories. We laughed with each other and some times we laughed at each other. We shared good times and bad times. I know this is a good time for her rejoicing in heaven but it is a sad time for me. I have comfort in knowing she is watching over me and some day we will see each other again and share more memories. Until then rest in peace my dear friend. You will be greatly missed.
